2. Eligibility
By purchasing from Riptide Labs, you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional. You agree to use these compounds only in a controlled laboratory environment, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and institutional protocols.
3. Prohibited Uses
Products purchased from Riptide Labs may not be administered to humans, animals, or any living organism. 4. Order Acceptance
Riptide Labs reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear inconsistent with research-use intent or violate any applicable law.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory compounds, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted unless the product was damaged in transit or shipped in error. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
6. Limitation of Liability
Riptide Labs shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use any product purchased through this website. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the proper handling, storage, and disposal of all compounds.
7. Privacy Policy
We collect only the information necessary to fulfill orders and communicate with customers. Personal data is never sold or shared with third parties except as required to process payments and ship orders. All data is stored on encrypted servers.
